I had such an amazing experience here at Beppu Ropeway goes up Mount Tsurumi. I really felt the presence of God in this place. It was recommended by Buntaro’s brother and one of his friends. I didn’t know that it was going to be hiking and shrines was involved I thought it was a ride to the top and bottom. And on the day we went it was so cloudy and cold I had on the wrong shoes and everything. But since we was there I wanted to see everything and pray at some shrines. While walking to the shrines we wanted to visit we decided to climb to the top of the mountain and God came through I just thought in my mind I want to see the view and the clouds opened up and God kept showing up so many times during our time on this mountain. Even though the elements seemed not to be in our favor I was comfortable The whole time and I had an amazing experience, I had to offer a song of praise. As we was about to leave the sun came out and God gave us another view and then it was covered by thick clouds again. Beppu Ropeway goes up Mount Tsurumi, with an altitude of 1,375m. Mount Tsurumi is an active volcano located east of Aso-Kuju National Park, and it's also the source of the Beppu Onsen in Beppu City, Oita. The Beppu Ropeway is Kyushu's largest, with a capacity of 101 passengers, and it only takes about 10 minutes to reach the altitude of 1,300m! Anyone can feel free to rise above Mount Tsurumi and enjoy the cherry blossoms in spring, the Miyama Kirishima flowers that are only seen in the high mountains of Kyushu, the silver frost spreading across the land in winter, and all the unique seasonal nature.
